Each tune-up follows the same process. Before you ask, the same process does not mean the saame outcomes. The process is adaptable to fit whatever your website needs.

Strategy - You receive a strategy document outlining the results of the benchmarking tests and the high-impact solutions we can make to achieve the project goals.
Action - I implement all the solutions required to achieve the project goals.
Research - I find new opportunities for you to target after the project completes that will continue to help grow your website.
Testing - I run the same tests as in the benchmarking stage to compare how much your site has improved over the project.
Offboarding - You receive the final documents outlining each improvement we have made and how that helps you achieve your goals. You also receive a document outlining all future opportunities you can explore to continue to grow your site.

Every risk is mitigated throughout the project. Before commencing, we take a full backup of your website so you can always revert back if things go wrong. During the project, every change we make is tested on a separate development server to ensure the live site stays running throughout the project. Only once everything is tested and approved on the development server do we migrate the changes to the live server. This prevents any downtime on the server during any experimentation and testing processes.
