In 2026, Auswide Communications came to me complaining that their website was too slow and cumbersome. On mobile especially, the site was slow to load with LCP scores averaging 9s on mobile and 4.5s on desktop (2.5s recommended). Navigating the site was a frustrating experience for every user, especially on mobile.
I completed a full audit of the site's performance. I found it's core web vitals scores were well below what you would expect of any website, especially the website of a technology company.
