Project Overview
Auswide Communications came to me with a site running extremely slowly. They needed the site to be faster, more responsive, and bug free without needing any major overhauls or rebuilds.
My Approach
The project started with a full audit of the site's performance. A site audit involves comprehensive testing of core web vitals across all the key pages, a review of the back-end setup, as well as identifying any front-end bugs inhibiting users from interacting with the site. Thorough audits like this allow for easy execution of high impact fixes to get the site running faster and more performant than ever.
Impact
Not only were we able to fix all outstanding bugs and errors on the site, we also elevated the site's core web vitals scores to the 90th percentile across all desktop and mobile pages.
The performance score for both the mobile and desktop site is now in the 90th percentile across all key pages.
